I've been a Master Degree student in Religion Theology at Pac Rim Christian College since year 2015 and completed my Master Program courses on Dec. 01, 2017. I am now categorized as Master Graduate of May 2018 in Pac Rim's Calendar.

I've been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Hawaii for 28 years since May 28,1991 (Year 1988-1991, I was working with Century 21 Kauai, with Broker Robert Middleton). In July, 1992, I obtained Federal Sub-S Corp under State of Hawaii. Received DCCA License Feb. 19, 1993. We owned and operated Okoji & Associates Realty, Inc.

In Dec. 17 of 2011, I earned a 4 year Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

In May 16 of yr.2003, I earned a 2yrs. Networking Degree from Honolulu Community College.

In April 17, yr.1998, I earned a 2yrs. Electronic theory's Degree from Heal College.

In early 1990s I have also worked part time with H&R Block for 2 tax seasons.

In the yr.1983 with weekend’s studies, I graduated with a 4 yrs. Bachelor Business' degree (Professional Study) from West Oahu College.

Yu Fong okoji: I've earned a Bachelor of Science-information and Computer Science from UHM and a Master's Degree from Pac. Rim. Christian College, and a Bachelor of Business Degree from West Oahu College (In addition, a few more other community College degrees listed in "about Us page-previous page on this website").

My Partner and agent, Robert Castro, retired as a Detective-Sergeant posted Nov. 2017 by Garden Island website. "Castro served on the Kauai police department for 28 years and retired in July 2006 with good standing, according to county officials."

In addition, Robert Castro (RA), has been a licensed Real Estate sale agent of Hawaii for 27 years and is working with Okoji & Associates Realty, Inc. Robert Castro (RA), He is a licensed Real Estate sale agent since January 1992. He was born and raised on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. He was with the military-Army and earned a position as a Staff Tech. Sergeant. Later, he joined Air National Guard- and retired as a Air Force Technical supplies department' personnel-retired as a Staff Tech. Sergeant (He served in the Hawaii Air Guard). Finally, he also served and retired from the *Kauai Police Department with 28 years service (Last held position was 'Detective Sergeant' assigned to the Property Crimes Section, and retired in July 2006 with good standing.)*
