Below a factual Depictions the unpleasant events took place in Upper Manoa's -Loulu St. Honolulu. Hawaii
1) *Due to our (this) website visited by our friends, relatives, and clients, thus, with the respect to our viewers and thank you very much for your patience, we presented these pictures to explain why the "Keep Out" sign's origin and the false/unclean statements told about us by *Mr. Steve Lane on the Garden Island's website -he and *a few of neighbors, the 'WATCH' as they call themselves in this Secluded-old Manoa Valley-Loulu St.. They were very unkind neighbors and told false stories about us.
One of the 'WATCH'-Carol Boisvert-approx. age close to 60, Jo-an Yanazaki-approx. age 74, and Pat Ching, approx. age 65; and another couple of their friends approx. age 65 were DENIED by JUDGE 'TO ENTER THE TRO'S Courtroom to be false witnesses on march 01, 2018 to against us'.
For purpose of our reader, please, exam the pictures,*The Giant Stones and other Construction trash were stored by Carol and William Boisvert on our Land from 2015-2017 -they also encroached our land. We wish to gain your trust, thus depicted the true facts here-an unfortunate event took place in our lives in year 2015-2017. We're the newly moved in residents in yr.2014.
I, Yu Fong Okoji & Sergeant Robert Castro (retired), and Okoji & Associates Realty, Inc. are in good standing in our personal and business environment. We don't do or say any unclean words or disobeyed/defied/violated action towards our GOD. We are *God's followers* and don't believe doing any ungodly actions is good for our souls.
2) They, Steve Lane and WATCH-who called themselves, told false statements. On March 01, 2018, WATCH-Carol Boisvert, age approx. close to 60, Jo-an Yanazaki,approx. age 74, Pat Ching approx. age 65, and another couple of their friend, age approx. 65 were DENIED bY JUDGE TO ENTER THE COURT ROOM to be false witnesses that was after THE JUDGE HEARD THE TRO'S elements, JUDGE DENIED ALL OF THEM TO ENTER THE COURT ROOM DOOR- THE CASE against us WAS MEDIATED THAT ORDERED BY JUDGE.
I do PRAYING every morning by my Honda car, because one of the "WATCH-MENTIONED HERE"-, DAMAGED* MY Honda CAR in year 2018*. In addition, my *PRAYING*- they called it as *threatening words or action*, which they should call the Ministers/Pastors to intervene instead! Because the "WATCH" felt threatening about my PRAYING'-they called police to STOP ME TO PRAY by my CEMENT BLOCKS WALL/by MY HONDA CAR; however, POLICE LEFT MY HOUSE and asked me 'NOT TO PRAY WHERE THEY CAN SEE ME PRAYING'!
3) We JUST FOUND on July 18th, 2019- that the "Keep Out" sign's origin is only a partial of our true event that posted on Garden Island' website on Nov. 2017, and the Reporter reported wrong information on Garden Island's website, there is "no neighbors" with a *S* in TRO, but a neighbor in TRO case*.
The Keep Out sign was *triggered by (See above one pictures) Carol and William Boisvert, who Stored the Giant Stones* 'on our land and encroached on our land that occurred in year 2015-2017. As many News Source-often reported PARTIAL STORY. It's kind of good news, the "Keep Out" sign that posted on our property did removed Carol & William Boisvert's Giant Stones and construction's trash from our land. The 1st pictures shown: again, The Giant Stones stored 'on our land-against our Wall from 2015-2017 by Carol and William Boisvert-3609 Loulu St. Manoa.
4) the 2nd pictures: in year 2018, Carol and William Boisvert built a Plastic Wall on their Property, but 3" away from their own Property's boundary line-County's regulation. Their house sold in yr. 2019 -to a peaceful family.
The 3rd image, my soul within, desired-GOD'S PEACE & WISDOM; this Master's Degree (studied since 2015-2017-December, but Degree given is on Jan. 2018), I was in Searching GOD'S PEACE & Wisdom (because, in need to find answers to the neighbor's encroachment of our land and other answers to my questions about this earth). In Christian School, I've learned, HE IS WITHIN all the believers and good SOULS! I've cherished this final result of my studies due to the Blessings from Carol and William's Boisvert's mistreated/victimized/persecuted a good neighbor that resulted a proud student of GOD.
On July 18, 2019, we've discovered the Garden Island website posted an Partial story that was told by Manoa' Valley, "Steve Lane", his false statements- "I heard..."
I quoted here for our reader “It was brought to my attention by another "WATCH..." when "I heard..."- that actually means *he say…they said type of false statements-*Without facts that told by Gossipers-whom tell untrue stories, they call themselves 'WATCH'.
However, the Garden Island website' States-Testified: "Castro served on the Kauai police department for 28 years and retired in July 2006 with good
standing, according to county officials". In addition, Yu Fong Okoji Stated/Testified: Sergeant Robert Castro's last two held Positions on the Kauai police
department for 28 years public services were: 'VICE Division-illegal drugs Crime division' and 'Property Crime-division (Theft-Burglary-Robbery)'- Sergeant Robert Castro, envy/jealousy/resentment by some Gossipers-the WATCH...in Loulu St. Manoa
Yu Fong Okoji: I've earned a Bachelor of Science-information and Computer Science from UHM and a Master's Degree from Pac. Rim. Christian College, and a Bachelor of Business Degree from West Oahu College.
Carol and William Boisvert took almost two years to build their extension:
1) My partial land, next to my Wall, was used by their construction men-for daily walking PATHWAY- to go down below of their hill side where the addition rooms need to be built,
2) My partial land also needed for them to store the Giant Stones, equipment, and allowed the Giant cement truck's with its large cement truck's funnel to drop Cement to build their extension of new rooms' down to the hill side.
3) The 2nd picture above shown their newly 'built 'Plastic Wall/Fence FAR AWAY from OUR LAND' IN YEAR 2018. GOD promised to make ALL THINGS NEW-Praise-Glorify GOD; we believed GOD IS FAITHFUL TO OUR EXISTANCE.
